FOUNDED THE ADWORDS JUMPSTART TEAM WHOSE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    • Build customized AdWords campaigns for new clients
    • Proactively manage and optimize a changing portfolio of accounts within the 45-day Jumpstart window (usually around 40 accounts)
    • Train top partner client on AdWords reporting and account management
    • Pitch new ideas and features to upsell clients to higher spend levels

2007

FOUNDED THE NEW BUSINESS TEAM

  • Partner with CEOs, CMOs, Marketing Directors, and Online Media Managers of SMB companies to identify marketing needs and provide comprehensive Google solutions
  • Generated over $50M with effective consultative sales
  • Developed key Lead Prospecting and Scoring initiatives for the ISO team
  • Lead Sales Trainer for ISO. Developed scalable trainings and webinars for both internal and external shareholders
  • Keynote speaker at industry conferences events to educate clients on the proficiency of Google’s cost-effective media solutions

2012

Founded the AdWords Agency Team

  • Developed the SMB Agency Business Plan for the NA ISO team
  • Presented the vision, structure, and biz plan to Google Managers, Directors, and other Key Stakeholders to gain their buy-in and create the team
  • Work closely with SMB Marketing Team to include ISO in the Agency Edge, Google Engage and SEM Catalyst Programs to reach qualified agencies at-scale. Presented and delivered all trainings across this projects
  • Track incremental revenue from various agency segments- LCS, SMB, & Unassigned
  • Developed training collateral and delivered key agency training to sales teams to effectively pitch Google’s entire set of solutions to their clients

2013

Head Google Sales Trainer and Global Agency Trainer

  • Collaborate with Google’s L&D team to create 14 new globally-consistent ISO trainings
  • Creation of global training content
  • Creation of global best practices
  • Creation of Ignition Program (ISO handbook for new reps)
  • Development of ongoing training modules for the reps first 6 months beyond initial training
  • Creation of NA ISO Academy – a week long LMS for new sales reps to prepare them for the core sales role
  • Trained 14 new ISO reps through the new ISO Academy content, mock calls, & call shadowing
  • Global ETO Agency Training
  • Creation of 6 new modules focused on the new ETO Agency Acquisition Team
  • Traveled to 5 Google offices to conduct each training (Ann Arbor, Leeds (UK), Singapore, Netherlands, and Manila)
  • NBA Lead Warmers Training (ISO Lead Warming Pilot)
  • Creation of 6 Lead Warmer-specific training decks based on ISO best practices
  • Trained 5 new lead warmers using the newly refreshed content, mock calls, and shadowing live calls

2014

Sales Enablement Lead and Partner Trainer- Channel Sales

Developing the Training Team for our Channel Sales Program. Our goal is to invest the right training and development resources in those partners where we see an opportunity to enhance their sales and account management teams.

  • Trained over 2,500 sales reps across the US (75% travel to perform in-person trainings)
  • Conducted over 75 scaled webinars to 23 different partners
  • Planned, coordinated and executed 2 on-campus training events at Google HQ attended by over 200 representatives across 35 different partners
  • Developing and Updating a Partner Training Library.
  • Provide customized Training and Sales Support for Google’s Premier SMB Partners across all verticals
  • Keynote speaker on behalf of Google at various industry events (MAGIC, Digital Dealer, LSA, SES etc)
  • Present at various acquisition events on behalf of Google
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with PSPs on sales comp models, hiring best practices, training calendar development and other growth factors that will lead to increased revenue
